Spine, joint and muscle pain keep too many golfers from playing, or from being able to perform well when they do. Pain during a round of golf is common, but not necessary. Our office is dedicated to helping these patients.
Titleist Performance Institute training sets Dr. Vahldick apart as an elite provider for golf injuries, and performance training. TPI begins with the body swing connection. Your swing is dictated by what your body can do physically and neurologically. The physical assessment helps us understand how your body functions. Through the study of tens of thousands of professional and amateur golfers, TPI has identified key physical screens, that correlate to swing faults. Our office works with your body to improve your swing.
But most amateur golfers pain is not directly from the golf course. They bring their pains from life to the golf course. Disc herniations, arthritis, tendonitis, all things that we treat in golfers and non golfers alike. As a Medical Level 2 provider, we use leading assessment and treatment techniques in conjunction with the TPI program to help you move better, and pain free. Our primary goal is for you to play pain free. Improvements in your game are a positive side effect.
Pain does not have to limit your game, or time spent playing. We can help. Most insurance is accepted.
